1. About Oronzo LLP
Curex24 Clinic is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Oronzo LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 in India. Our registered address is Oronzo LLP, Hyderabad, Telangana, India — 500081.
Oronzo LLP operates in the healthcare technology sector, building digital tools for clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers across India. Curex24 Clinic is our flagship clinic management platform, designed to digitise outpatient (O/P) and inpatient (I/P) workflows, billing, prescriptions, diagnostics, and patient engagement.
By registering for or using Curex24 Clinic, you acknowledge that Oronzo LLP is a technology service provider and not a healthcare provider, medical institution, or clinical establishment as defined under the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010.
- Operated under the laws of India, including the LLP Act, 2008, the IT Act, 2000, and DPDP Act, 2023.
- GST registration maintained as applicable under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
- Not a licensed medical practitioner, hospital, or diagnostic centre.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

| "Authorised User" | Any individual (doctor, nurse, receptionist, pharmacist, lab technician, admin) authorised by the Subscriber to access and use the Platform under the Subscriber's account. |
| "Patient Data" | All personal and medical information relating to the patients of the Subscriber entered into, stored on, or processed through the Platform. |
| "Clinic Data" | All information, records, settings, configurations, billing data, financial data, and other data associated with the Subscriber's account. |
| "Service" | All features, modules, integrations, and functionalities provided under the Platform, including OPD queue, IPD management, prescriptions, billing, diagnostics, CRM, and WhatsApp integration. |
| "Subscription Plan" | The tier of Service selected by the Subscriber, including any applicable free trial, basic, standard, or enterprise plan. |
| "Confidential Information" | Any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other, including trade secrets, business strategies, patient data, source code, and financial information. |
| "Force Majeure Event" | Any event beyond the reasonable control of a party, including acts of God, war, pandemic, government action, power failure, or cyberattack. |
| "SLA" | Service Level Agreement — the uptime and performance commitments set out in Section 17 of these Terms. |
| "DPDP Act" | The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and any rules framed thereunder. |
| "IT Act" | The Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), as amended, including the IT (Amendment) Act, 2008. |
| "Data Fiduciary" | The entity that determines the purpose and means of processing personal data — i.e., the Subscriber in respect of Patient Data. |
| "Data Processor" | The entity that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Fiduciary — i.e., Oronzo LLP. |
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
To register for and use Curex24 Clinic, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a qualified healthcare professional, clinic owner, hospital administrator, or entity authorised by such persons.
- Have valid government-issued identity (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, or equivalent).
- Have legal authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of the clinic or healthcare institution.
- Comply with all applicable professional licensing and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.
- Not have been previously banned or suspended from using the Platform.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must:
- Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered.
- Not share credentials with any unauthorised person.
- Immediately notify Oronzo LLP at hello@oronzo.io if you suspect any unauthorised access.
- Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
Oronzo LLP shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.3 Authorised Users
As Subscriber, you may create sub-accounts for Authorised Users. You are responsible for all actions taken by your Authorised Users on the Platform. You must ensure all Authorised Users comply with these Terms and your own internal policies, and promptly revoke access when a user is no longer authorised.
3.4 ABDM Integration
If you integrate with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) Health ID system, you must comply with all NHA policies, the Health Data Management Policy (HDMP), and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
4. Description of Services
Curex24 Clinic provides a comprehensive digital clinic management platform. The Service includes, but is not limited to, the following modules:

Oronzo LLP reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any Service feature with reasonable notice. Access to specific modules depends on your Subscription Plan.
5. Subscriptions, Plans & Free Trial
5.1 Subscription Plans
Plans may vary by number of doctors, patients, features available, storage, API calls, and support level. Current plan details, pricing, and feature matrices are available at our website.
5.2 Free Trial
New Subscribers may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. At trial end: (a) select a paid plan to continue; (b) without a paid plan, access will be downgraded or suspended; (c) data entered during the trial will be retained for 30 days after trial expiry, then permanently deleted. Oronzo LLP may modify or discontinue free trial terms at any time.
5.3 Billing Cycle & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal. By providing a payment method, you authorise Oronzo LLP to charge the applicable fee on each renewal date.
5.4 Price Changes
Oronzo LLP may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice via email. Continued use after the price change date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5.5 Enterprise Plans
Hospitals, diagnostic chains, multi-location clinics, and large healthcare networks may be eligible for custom enterprise pricing with dedicated support, custom integrations, SLA guarantees, and data processing agreements. Contact hello@oronzo.io for enquiries.
6. User Obligations & Acceptable Use
6.1 Compliance with Law
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, Indian Medical Council Act 1956, Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940, Clinical Establishments Act 2010, and all state-level healthcare regulations.
- Obtain all necessary registrations, licences, and certifications required to operate a clinical establishment in your jurisdiction.
- Ensure all patient consents required by law are obtained before processing Patient Data through the Platform.
- Comply with the Health Data Management Policy (HDMP) if integrated with ABDM.
6.2 Data Accuracy
- Enter accurate, complete, and up-to-date patient and clinical data.
- Not enter false or misleading information into the Platform.
- Regularly review and update patient records to ensure accuracy.
- Verify the accuracy of AI-assisted suggestions before acting upon them.
6.3 Patient Consent
- Obtain explicit informed consent from patients before registering their personal data on the Platform.
- Inform patients about how their data will be stored and processed.
- Honour patient requests to access, correct, or delete their data as required by law.
- Maintain records of patient consents as required by applicable regulations.
6.4 Staff Training
- Train all Authorised Users on proper use of the Platform.
- Ensure Authorised Users understand and comply with these Terms and your own data protection policies.
- Revoke access for Authorised Users who are no longer employed or authorised.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not, and must not permit any Authorised User to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or the underlying infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code or algorithms of the Platform.
- Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or data scraping tools to extract data without authorisation.
- Upload or transmit any malware, virus, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code.
- Introduce vulnerabilities or exploit security weaknesses without prior written permission from Oronzo LLP.
- Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable laws.
- Impersonate any person, healthcare professional, or entity.
- Create multiple free trial accounts to circumvent paid subscription requirements.
- Circumvent or disable any security, access control, or authentication mechanism.
- Use the Platform to store or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, or in violation of any third-party rights.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Platform to third parties without prior written consent from Oronzo LLP.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, branding, or watermarks from the Platform.
- Access the Platform in a manner that exceeds your subscription entitlements or causes unreasonable load on shared infrastructure.
8. Data Ownership, Access & Portability
8.1 Subscriber Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all Clinic Data and Patient Data. Oronzo LLP makes no claim to ownership of your data. We process your data solely as a Data Processor on your instructions, for the purpose of providing the Service.
8.2 Data Portability
You may export your Clinic Data and Patient Data at any time in machine-readable formats (CSV, PDF, or JSON as applicable). In the event of account termination, you may request a full data export within 30 days of termination.
8.3 No Mining or Commercialisation
Oronzo LLP will not sell, rent, lease, or commercialise your Patient Data or identifiable Clinic Data to any third party. Aggregated, anonymised statistical data may be used for product improvement and benchmarking, without identifying any individual patient or Subscriber.
8.4 Data Backup
Oronzo LLP maintains regular automated backups. You are encouraged to regularly export and maintain your own copies of critical data as an additional safeguard.
9. Privacy & Data Processing
The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data in connection with the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
As a Subscriber processing Patient Data, you are the Data Fiduciary (as defined under the DPDP Act 2023), and Oronzo LLP acts as your Data Processor. Your obligations as Data Fiduciary include obtaining valid patient consents, maintaining records of consents, and responding to data principal (patient) requests.
If you are subject to international data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR for EU residents), you may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by contacting us at hello@oronzo.io.
10. Fees, Taxes & Billing
10.1 Fees
Subscription fees are as published on our pricing page or as agreed in an Order Form. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Fees for additional services (bulk SMS credits, WhatsApp API usage beyond included limits, or additional storage) are charged separately.
10.2 Payment Methods

10.3 Invoices & GST
GST-compliant invoices will be issued for all subscription payments. The applicable GST rate is as per the prevailing rate for SaaS services. GST is charged over and above the base subscription fee. You may provide your GSTIN for B2B tax invoices.
10.4 Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date, your account may be downgraded to restricted access. Oronzo LLP reserves the right to suspend access for accounts with overdue payments of 7 days or more, and to terminate accounts with overdue payments of 30 days or more.
10.5 Payment Disputes
Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge date by emailing hello@oronzo.io with your invoice number and a description of the dispute. Oronzo LLP will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
11. Refunds & Cancellation
11.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting hello@oronzo.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
11.2 Refund Policy

11.3 Non-Refundable Items
- Custom development, integration, or onboarding fees.
- WhatsApp API message credits once consumed.
- Additional storage once allocated and used.
- Training or certification fees once the course has been accessed.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 Oronzo LLP IP
The Platform, including all software, source code, algorithms, user interfaces, visual designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and all intellectual property embodied therein, is the exclusive property of Oronzo LLP and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Platform.
The trademarks "Oronzo", "Curex24", "Curex24 Clinic", and associated logos are the property of Oronzo LLP. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.
12.2 Licence to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Oronzo LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your internal clinical operations during the subscription period.
12.3 Feedback Licence
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or feature requests regarding the Platform, you grant Oronzo LLP an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, implement, and commercialise such feedback without any obligation to you.
13. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:
- WhatsApp Business API (via Meta / WhatsApp Business Solution Providers)
- Razorpay / Stripe / other payment gateways
- Supabase (database infrastructure)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) / cloud infrastructure
- SMS gateway providers (for OTP and notifications)
- Google Maps API (for clinic location features)
- ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) Health ID APIs
- Sentry (error monitoring and performance tracking)
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Oronzo LLP is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services. If a third-party service is discontinued or changes its terms in a manner that affects the Platform, Oronzo LLP will use commercially reasonable efforts to find an alternative solution with reasonable notice.
14. Healthcare & Medical Disclaimer
Curex24 Clinic provides tools to facilitate the documentation, organisation, and communication of clinical information. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Any AI-assisted features are:
- Advisory in nature only — not certified medical devices.
- Not reviewed or approved by the CDSCO or any medical regulatory body.
- Not a substitute for the clinical judgment of a qualified healthcare professional.
- Subject to potential errors, inaccuracies, and limitations.
Healthcare professionals using the Platform are responsible for independently verifying all clinical information, ensuring prescriptions comply with professional guidelines, exercising independent clinical judgment, maintaining compliance with the IMC (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations 2002, and ensuring all patient consents for digital health records are obtained as required by law.
Oronzo LLP expressly disclaims all liability for clinical outcomes, medical errors, adverse drug events, or patient harm arising from use of or reliance on the Platform.
15. Platform Disclaimers & Warranties
15.1 "As-Is" Basis
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.
15.2 No Warranty of Error-Free Operation
Oronzo LLP does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be error-free or bug-free; (b) any defects will be corrected; (c) the Platform will be available at all times; (d) the Platform will be free of viruses or harmful components; or (e) results obtained from the Platform will be accurate or reliable.
15.3 Internet Dependency
The Platform requires an active internet connection for full functionality. Oronzo LLP is not responsible for any issues arising from your internet service provider, network outages, or connectivity problems on your end.
15.4 Beta Features
Features marked as "Beta", "Preview", or "Experimental" are provided for evaluation purposes only and may be incomplete, unstable, or discontinued at any time without notice. Oronzo LLP makes no warranties regarding Beta features.
16. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
16.1 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ORONZO LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR CLINICAL HARM.
IN ALL CASES, ORONZO LLP'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 10,000 (TEN THOUSAND RUPEES).
16.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oronzo LLP, its partners, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party.
- Clinical decisions, prescriptions, diagnoses, or treatments made through or facilitated by the Platform.
- Your Authorised Users' actions on the Platform.
- Any inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading data entered into the Platform by you or your staff.
- Any breach of your data protection obligations under applicable law.
17. Service Availability & SLA
17.1 Uptime Commitment
Oronzo LLP targets a monthly uptime of 99.5% for the Platform (excluding scheduled maintenance). Uptime is measured as: (Total minutes in month − Downtime minutes) / Total minutes in month × 100.
17.2 Scheduled Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via in-app notification or email, typically between 2:00 AM – 5:00 AM IST.

Service credits are your sole remedy for service availability failures. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and are not redeemable for cash. Claims must be submitted within 10 days of the incident to hello@oronzo.io.
18. Security Obligations
18.1 Our Security Measures
- Data encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
- Role-based access control (RBAC) with principle of least privilege.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) support.
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Intrusion detection and monitoring systems.
- Secure development practices aligned with OWASP guidelines.
- Incident response procedures with defined recovery targets.
18.2 Your Security Obligations
- Securing all devices used to access the Platform.
- Using strong passwords and enforcing password policies for Authorised Users.
- Promptly revoking access for departed or unauthorised staff.
- Reporting any suspected security incidents or data breaches to hello@oronzo.io immediately.
18.3 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your data, Oronzo LLP will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware, as required under the DPDP Act 2023 and IT Act 2000. We will provide details of the nature of the breach, affected data, and mitigation steps.
19. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential all Confidential Information disclosed by the other party and to use such information only in connection with the performance of obligations under these Terms. The Receiving Party will:
- Not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.
- Use at least the same degree of care to protect Confidential Information as it uses for its own confidential information (no less than reasonable care).
- Limit access to Confidential Information to those who need it to perform under these Terms.
- Immediately notify the Disclosing Party upon becoming aware of any unauthorised disclosure.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that: (a) is publicly available through no fault of the Receiving Party; (b) was known before disclosure; (c) is independently developed; or (d) is required to be disclosed by law or court order. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of these Terms for 5 years.
20. Termination & Suspension
20.1 Termination by Subscriber
You may terminate your subscription at any time by cancelling your account. See Section 11 for the applicable refund policy. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
20.2 Termination or Suspension by Oronzo LLP
Oronzo LLP may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
- You materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of notice.
- You fail to pay any amounts due for more than 30 days.
- You engage in conduct that violates Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct).
- You are subject to insolvency proceedings, bankruptcy, or winding-up.
- We are required to do so by applicable law or a government or regulatory authority.
- Continued provision of the Service would, in our reasonable opinion, expose us or others to legal, reputational, or regulatory risk.
20.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination: (a) your right to access the Platform immediately ceases; (b) we may delete your data after the post-termination retention period (Section 21); (c) any outstanding invoices become immediately due; (d) provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in force.
21. Data Deletion After Termination
- Your account data will be retained in read-only mode for 30 days, during which you may export your data.
- After 30 days, data will be moved to a secure archived state for an additional 60 days (total 90 days from termination).
- After 90 days, all Clinic Data and Patient Data will be permanently deleted from our systems, including backups, within a further 30 days (total 120 days from termination).
- You may request expedited deletion by contacting hello@oronzo.io. Requests are processed within 30 days, subject to legal obligations to retain data.
- Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and product improvement purposes.
22. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be in breach of these Terms or liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure results from a Force Majeure Event. The affected party shall promptly notify the other party and take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.
If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may terminate the Agreement without liability by providing 7 days' written notice, and any prepaid unused fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
23. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of Oronzo LLP. Oronzo LLP may assign these Terms to: (a) an affiliate or subsidiary; (b) a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets; or (c) any entity that assumes our obligations. Any purported assignment in violation of this Section shall be void.
24. Grievance Officer
As required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Section 79), IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the DPDP Act 2023, Oronzo LLP has designated a Grievance Officer:

Grievances must include: (a) your full name and contact details; (b) your account email; (c) a detailed description of the grievance; and (d) any supporting documents. We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days.
25. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
25.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
25.2 Informal Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting hello@oronzo.io. Both parties will engage in good-faith negotiations for a period of 30 days.
25.3 Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). Arbitration shall be: (a) conducted by a single mutually agreed arbitrator; (b) held in Hyderabad, Telangana, India; (c) conducted in English; and (d) concluded within 180 days of appointment of the arbitrator.
25.4 Jurisdiction
For matters not subject to arbitration, the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
25.5 Consumer Disputes
Nothing in this Section limits the rights of individual consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including the right to approach the appropriate consumer dispute redressal forum.
26. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
No waiver by Oronzo LLP of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. The failure of Oronzo LLP to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Order Form or addenda, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oronzo LLP with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
28. Changes to These Terms
Oronzo LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
- Sending an email to your registered account email address at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
- Displaying a prominent in-app notification.
- Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use and cancel your subscription before the effective date. For material changes that adversely affect your rights, you may terminate within 30 days of the change notice and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.
